Lemorau CR is a high-speed, compact slitter rewinder equipped with servo motors for superior material tension control and machine performance, available with a wide range of optional equipment.

UNWINDER

• Servo driven with max. Ø 700 mm (27,5″)
• Pneumatic shaft ID 76mm (3″)
• Automatic stop at master roll end with programmable end of roll function
• Clockwise/counterclockwise unwinding
• Adjustable splice table with pneumatic clamps
• Electronic web guide system with ultrasonic sensor which enables guiding of opaque and clear materials

SLITTING UNIT

• Equipped with 6 sets of circular knives with lateral adjustment – Can be added more as optional
• Air trim removal

REWINDING

• Servo driven equipped with 1 interchangeable pneumatic rewinder
• Pneumatic shaft ID: 76mm (3″)
• Clockwise/counterclockwise rewinding (labels in/ labels out)
• Semi-automatic rewinding (when having optional double rewinder)
• Max. rewinder Ø 500mm (19.6″) on each shaft
