Overview

Lemorau CR1000/1500 is a compact, affordable and simple-to-use machine for slitting and rewinding substrates from a 1000mm (39.3″) or 1500mm (59″) master roll. Designed and built in-house, it can be customized to customer needs, with fully independent, adjustable tensions on every rewinder and unwinder.

UNWINDER

• Servo driven with max. Ø 1000 mm (40″) for width 1000mm & 1200 mm (47,2″) for width 1500mm
• Pneumatic shaft ID 76mm (3″)
• Automatic stop at master roll end with programmable end of roll function
• Clockwise/counterclockwise unwinding

SLITTING UNIT

• Equipped with 12 sets of circular knives – Can be added more as optional
• Razor knives unit – as optional

REWINDING

• Servo driven equipped with 2 pneumatic rewinders
• Pneumatic shafts ID: 76mm (3″)
• Clockwise/counterclockwise rewinding
• Max. rewinder Ø 600 mm (24″) for width 1000mm & Ø 700mm (27.5″) for width 1500mm
