LEMORAU COMPLETES TWELVE REMOTE INSTALLATIONS

Despite Covid-19 social distancing limitations Lemorau has completed twelve remote installations of its equipment around the world followed by a series of interactive video training sessions for each location.

Portuguese finishing machines manufacturer adjusted its business strategies in order to support customers and answer the growing demand for equipment installations.

Through video meetings and with the help of tutorial videos, more than a dozen machines were installed during the Covid-19 pandemic in countries like Serbia, Spain, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan, USA and Peru. In some cases, these facilities have also been secured with the help of the company distributors in Spain, France and Italy.

‘Lemorau, since its foundation has never neglected relationships with the customers, as well as the fulfillment of all sales commitments. In this difficult time of the worldwide pandemic, we have implemented a comprehensive program for remote installations of our machines, including extensive training, allowing local printers to operate our machines properly and effectively,’ said Susana Teixeira, CFO and sales manager at Lemorau. ‘Taking into account Lemorau’s globalization, our sales reach countries as close as neighboring Spain and as far as Thailand.’

‘We would like to thank all our customers involved, for all their help with the installation process, for their understanding and enabling us to complete the most complicated phase of the process remotely. We could not achieve it without their great support.’
